Submit your application form along with all required supporting documents.

Approval
We conduct a background and credit check. Approval typically takes 24–48 hours.

Sign Lease
Sign your lease agreement and pay the deposit to secure your unit.

Move In
Collect your keys, complete the move-in inspection, and settle into your new home.
Rental Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- South African ID or valid passport
- Monthly income of at least 3× the rental amount
- Clean credit record with no defaults
- No previous evictions or rental disputes
- Guarantor required if income criteria not met independently
Documentation Needed
- Copy of ID document or valid passport
- 3 months' most recent bank statements
- Latest payslip or proof of income
- Employer contact details and confirmation of employment
- Previous landlord reference (if applicable)
- Guarantor's ID, payslip, and bank statements (if using a guarantor)
